Describe your career at Weber Suzhou and your current position.
I started as a tool manager and am now a project manager. Weber has given me numerous opportunities to develop myself.

How did you hear about Weber?
Through the internet.

What convinced you to choose Weber?
I like the working atmosphere here: we’re a family.

Who trained you for your work, and how?
As a project manager, I need the knowledge and input of all departments. All of my colleagues have given me really good support in this regard. I was also supported by three project managers from our German site; they taught me a lot.

What makes Weber Suzhou and the Weber Group special?
Sure, Weber Suzhou may still be very small today, but that means the working atmosphere feels like one big family. I like that about the company, and think we have great potential for the future.

 The difference is that we really do work as teams.

What met your expectations and ideas?
That we would have competitive products.

What are your future plans?
I would like to continue to develop myself and work on new projects and products for Weber.
